We offer a 7-day return policy after the product has been delivered.

To be eligible, the item must be:

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Pet supplies that have been chewed, worn, or used

• Sports accessories with visible signs of use

• Items without original packaging

• Items damaged due to customer misuse

• Clearance or discount items

3. Damaged / Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

You MUST provide:

• Unboxing video (mandatory)

• Clear photos

• Description of damage

• Order number

• You must send the item back

• Return shipping cost is paid by the customer

5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If the order returns due to:

• Wrong address

• Missing apartment number

• No one available for delivery

Then:

• Reshipping charges apply
