1. Delivery Time

4. Customs & Import Fees

For European countries outside Belgium:

• Customs charges (if any) are paid by the customer

• VIGORÉ ELITE is not responsible for additional country-specific import fees

5. Incorrect Address Policy

If delivery fails due to wrong address, you must pay:

• Reshipping fee

• Additional handling costs

No refunds for failed delivery caused by customer error.

If your package is delayed, lost, or stuck:

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy after the product has been delivered.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• Undamaged

• With all accessories/manuals included

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Used or opened health-care products

• Pet supplies that have been chewed, worn, or used

• Sports accessories with visible signs of use

• Items without original packaging

• Items damaged due to customer misuse

• Clearance or discount items

3. Damaged / Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

You MUST provide:

• Unboxing video (mandatory)

• Clear photos

• Description of damage

• Order number

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is accepted:

• You must send the item back

• Return shipping cost is paid by the customer

• Refund is processed within 7–10 business days

• Refund is issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees, customs, and taxes are non-refundable.

5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If the order returns due to:

• Wrong address

• Missing apartment number

• No one available for delivery

Then:

• Reshipping charges apply

• Refund will NOT be issued for customer-mistake addresses

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after:

• Processing

• Packaging

• Shipping
